To our valued customers:

COVID-19 has dramatically impacted our lives and the way many of us do business.

We want to share with you an update on what ReMARKable Dry Erase is doing to keep our customers, and our team safe while we continue to deliver our products across North America.

Protecting the health of our team and customers

The well being of our teammates and customers is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and believe that is important to share the steps we are taking to keep people safe and our facility clean while at the same time meeting our service commitments.

Each day we are taking preventative measures to maintain a healthy work environment and have enhanced our daily cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of infection. These measures are aligned with the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and include the following:

· Cleaning your hands often. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol

· Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth

· Cover coughs and sneezes

· Avoid close contact with people who are sick

· Stay home if you are sick, unless you seek medical care

· Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces

Ensuring business continuity

Many customers have asked us if we will continue to process and deliver orders. The answer is yes! We are committed to keeping the flow of order processing and delivery services for you and your customers. We are partnered with UPS shipping service that have also implemented guidelines that are consistent with the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help ensure the health and safety of employees and customers alike.

Providing an uninterrupted experience

Considering that the status of COVID-19 and the world’s response is evolving so rapidly, we want you to know that we are currently well stocked with inventory in our warehouse and we are encouraging all our customers to place their orders as soon as possible. ReMARKable orders will continue to ship from our warehouse by the following business day that they are placed.

Our team is working relentlessly to continue to serve your business needs during this difficult time, while keeping our employees’ safety as a top priority. We believe we have positioned ourselves strongly to support our customers and continue with business as normal as best we can.

ReMARKable shares in the global community’s concern for COVID-19. We hope the virus can be contained and eradicated as quickly as possible. We are keeping those directly affected by COVID-19 in our thoughts. Please contact our office at 800-936-2159 if you have any questions or concerns

We look forward to everyone’s resilience once the air clears. Thank you for trusting us with your business.
